Tips for Speaking at Council

• Get to City Hall early if you are giving comment in person—slots to speak can fill up.
• You CANNOT sign up to speak if you are joining virtually. (So sorry folks, we were wrong).
• You will get 2 minutes and 30 seconds to speak when your name is called. You do not have to use the whole time.

• You can bring written materials, such as a written copy of your testimony to give to Council. Or you can email these to [email protected].
• Council does not allow signs or visual aids.
