The Atlanta Community Press Collective reported on June 3, 2025, that it had identified dozens of cases of local Flock data being shared with federal agencies related to immigration enforcement (archive link). This data sharing happened in multiple police agencies in the Atlanta metropolitan area.
Their reporting builds on data revealed by an earlier public records request in Illinois.
These findings, combined with many other cases of Flock data sharing around the country, show a systematic flow of information from Flock surveillance systems to federal agencies.
